Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pak55 employs sophisticated identity and device detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak55 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account on pak55. pak55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security.
pak55 cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including but not limited to losses resulting from unauthorised access, phishing, or social engineering attacks targeting your pak55 credentials.
pak55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal from a pak55 account. Players who have not completed KYC may continue to deposit and wager on pak55, but withdrawal requests will be held pending until full verification is complete.
pak55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the conditions of its gaming licence. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard pak55 rules and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

All accounts on pak55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are calculated and processed in PKR. pak55 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. pak55 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. pak55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are in an active wagering period will not be retroactively altered by any subsequent modification, except where fraud or bonus abuse is identified.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected game round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
pak55 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet or wager placed on the pak55 Platform, without being required to provide a reason for doing so. Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting and gaming activity and are published within the pak55 platform. Bets placed in excess of published limits will be settled at the applicable maximum limit.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical, human, or system error — including odds that are materially inconsistent with fair market odds at the time of bet placement — pak55 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player. pak55 will notify affected players of any such void in a timely manner. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not honoured and will be recovered from the player's account balance where already credited.

You grant pak55 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use any feedback, suggestions, or communications you submit to pak55 regarding the platform for the purposes of improving pak55 products and services, without any obligation to compensate you.
pak55 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or error-free. The pak55 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak55 undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime, technical failures, server errors, connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak55 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pak55 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds or winnings due to technical malfunction; unauthorised access to your account; reliance on any information or odds published on the platform; or any act or omission of a third-party game or payment service provider.
In any event, the total aggregate liability of pak55 to you arising from or relating to your use of the pak55 Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your pak55 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, pak55 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and final compliance review. Upon termination without cause, pak55 will return your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak55 International Gaming Limited is incorporated and licensed.
